1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ph899 website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph899 ("we," "us," "our," or "ph899"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have created.

Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. ph899 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any user found to be operating multiple accounts will have all accounts immediately closed, bonuses voided, and winnings forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify ph899 immediately of any changes to your contact details, payment methods, or personal information. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph899 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your account credentials.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach, you must immediately notify ph899 customer support. ph899 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to properly secure your login credentials or have shared them with third parties.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

ph899 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), online banking (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and other methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on the Platform. ph899 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose charges independently.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with ph899's standard processing times, typically within 1 hour for verified accounts using GCash or Maya. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process. ph899 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

ph899 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be processed. ph899 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction or account that raises suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with Philippine law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and their accounts may be permanently closed.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the ph899 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to manipulate games, odds, or outcomes through technical exploits or hacking
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal purposes
• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts registered to other persons
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
• Abusing bonuses or promotions as described in Section 5.3
• Providing false or fraudulent documentation during verification processes

Any user found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended or closed, all funds forfeited, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities. ph899 reserves the right to cooperate fully with any investigation by regulatory or law enforcement agencies.

7. Game Rules and Betting

7.1 Game Integrity

All games on the ph899 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealers operating under strict supervision. ph899 does not manipulate game outcomes and operates all games in accordance with their published Return to Player (RTP) percentages and rules. If you believe a game has malfunctioned or produced an incorrect result, you must report it to customer support immediately.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

ph899 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our discretion. Bets placed in error, bets on events with incorrect odds, bets exceeding account limits, or bets suspected of being fraudulent may be voided. In the event a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your account balance.

7.3 Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection or technical issue during gameplay, ph899 will make reasonable efforts to restore your session or settle bets in accordance with the game's published rules. If a game round cannot be completed due to technical failure, bets may be voided and stakes returned. ph899 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the user's end.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your ph899 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification processes. Closure requests may take up to 7 business days to process.

9.2 Suspension by ph899

ph899 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested verification documents, abusive behavior toward staff or other users, or if we believe account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms, ph899 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gameplay activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph899 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee on dormant accounts with a remaining balance. Users will be notified via email before any such fees are applied.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph899 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and game designs, is the property of ph899 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from ph899.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph899 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses from gambling activity, technical failures, unauthorized access to your account, or any other matter relating to the Platform. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it and close your account.

ph899 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, acts of God, civil unrest, or government actions.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Internal Complaints Process

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the ph899 Platform, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve your complaint within 14 business days. You must submit complaints within 30 days of the incident giving rise to the complaint; complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

12.2 Final Decision

All decisions made by ph899 regarding interpretation of these Terms, settlement of bets, account disputes, and any other matter relating to the Platform are final and binding. ph899's decision-making process will take into account all available evidence and applicable rules, but ph899 retains ultimate discretion in all matters.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph899 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

13. Changes to Terms

ph899 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any modifications to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.2 Waiver

No waiver by ph899 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition, and any failure by ph899 to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of ph899. ph899 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without restriction.

14.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph899 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
